Today's topic is part four of our four part series on triggers. We're talking about after the trigger and what to do when everyone is calm.
Sometimes the triggers are anger and frustration. Sometimes the triggers are guilt and shame and fear and all those other things. And those are things that get in our way and get us stuck and make it hard to move the situation forward.
Today we talk about what tools are needed after we have moved past the triggers and trauma and have reached a spot of calm. Once calm, we can move towards navigating conflict in hot topics that often come up with divorce.
